Police pulled a car over after they saw a two-year-old child apparently trying to climb out of the back window.
Officers spotted the car in Melton Road, Leicester on Thursday evening last week.
They said the two-year-old looked like he was trying to climb out of the half-open rear seat window.
They managed to get the car to pull over and when they looked inside they saw the child was sitting or standing on the lap of a rear seat passenger with his hands on top of the window.
