Police officers found cocaine at the home of a man they were investigating for the illegal sale of television set top boxes, a court heard.
When they executed a warrant, detectives found eight illicit digital boxes capable of accessing Virgin Media services.
Then they chanced upon 12.47 grams of cocaine, worth £640.
