The man was targeted at 4.30pm on Saturday as he walked through an underpass beneath Strasbourg Drive, Beaumont Leys, Leicester. A 17-year-old boy who was reported missing from home at the weekend has been found safe and well. Kelvin Jones, of Loughborough, was located this evening. His family contacted police on Saturday night after he did not come home. Leicestershire Police issued a photograph of Kelvin earlier today and urged people to help find him. The green and white Mongoose Diagram cycle was stolen from a shed at the owner's home in Sileby Road, Barrow, last Wednesday. Another bike, a white Diamondback Contra Hybrid, was also taken, along with a Titan 14 cordless drill and case and an Einhell petrol chainsaw.
