Youths who robbed taxi drivers late at night have been jailed.
Bilaal Abdi, Ahmed Yabyrow and Khaalid Curwa were members of a gang that targeted vulnerable drivers during a series of robberies.
Abdi (20) of Tower Street, Leicester city centre, was jailed for five years and Curwa (20) of Ottawa Road, St Matthews, was given a five and a half year sentence.
Yabyrow (19), of New Parks Boulevard, Leicester, has absconded and did not attend a trial or the sentencing.
