Around 10 police officers armed with guns swooped on a Co-op store this morning after a robbery, a local shop manager has told the Mercury.
Police were called at 6.25am this morning after two masked men tied up staff members and stole money from the shop this morning. One of the men was believed to be carrying a hand gun.
The two staff members were assaulted and sustained minor injuries.
