A woman whose grandfather was killed by a hit and run driver 20 years ago says her family still hopes those responsible can finally be brought to justice.
Karen Marino's beloved grandad Frank Carter, 84, was knocked down and killed on Leicester's St Matthews estate on October 4, 1996.
The 84-year-old, who was better known as Bill, was just yards from his home in Ottawa Road when he was hit by a silver Opel Manta while crossing the road.
