A 39-year-old man is due to appear in court today charged with the murder of Carl Pask.The 47-year-old was found dead in his flat, in Kimberley Road, Evington, Leicester, on March 10 this year.Police initially said the death was "unexplained" but a subsequent post-mortem examination found that he had died as a result of an assault.Christopher Pendery, of Woodland Drive, Braunstone, Leicester, is due to appear at Leicester Magistrates' Court this morning charged with murder.Police...
