A 71-year-old man has been charged after an incident in Burbage in which a woman suffered stab wounds.Peter Green, of Wolvey Road, Burbage, has been charged with grievous bodily harm following the incident where a 66-year-old woman was injured.The woman remains in the University Hospital of Coventry and Warwickshire. Her injuries are not life-threatening.The man was due to appear at Leicester Magistrates' Court today.
