Detectives searching for the killers who stabbed a man to death in his home 15 years ago have arrested two men.The men, whose details have not been released, are currently in custody where detectives are questioning them about the death of Clifford John ClarkeMr Clarke was found dead in his flat in Uppingham, Rutland on Sunday, September 10, 2000.The 56-year-old had been stabbed 13 times and had been lying dead for up to four days.No motive has ever been established.Police announced the arrests...
