Police in south Leicestershire and north Northamptonshire have seized a number of vehicles over the past few days.Officers have carried out spot checks to see if vehicles had current road fund licences, MOTs and insurance.Cars and even a tractor have been impounded for not being road legal.In one stop south of Market Harborough a saloon was impounded as it was not insured.A spokesman for Cross Border police tweeted: "That'll be another one driving with no insurance and provisional licence...
