Police are taking action against a group of rowdy street drinkers who are gathering outside shops and businesses in Leicester city centre from early morning.
The group has been reported by businesses near the junction of Charles Street and Humberstone Gate for the past few months.
The men and women are frequently to be found drinking alcohol when businesses are preparing to open in the morning.
