Police are hunting a man who dresses in skirts and knee-length boots to indecently expose himself to women.
Officers have received 11 reports since the end of October of a man approaching women in Leicester and 'flashing' at them.
On each occasion, the victims have told officers, the man was wearing items of women's clothing, including skirts, feminine underwear and knee-length boots.
The first incident happened on Thursday, October 29, and the most recent on Tuesday, December 8.
