A drunken man who stabbed a friend after an argument about what food to eat was jailed for four years and eight months.
Amartbhal Patel (66) plunged the knife, which had a 20cm blade, into the side of Dolat Patel, perforating the main artery in his body; the aorta, and leaving him with a life-threatening injury.
