Zachary Paul David Shelton (20), of Joseph Close, Hoton, pleaded guilty to exceeding 40mph on the A512 Ashby Road, Loughborough, on June 3. He was fined £115 with a £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs and a £150 criminal courts charge. Six penalty points were also placed on his driving licence.
