The sign which greeted visitors to the village of Gotham and which is thought to have been stolen by Batman fans has been recovered in a drugs raid.
Gotham, which shares its name with the comic book superhero's home city although there is a difference in pronunciation, had its sign stolen for the third time in four years last year.
Police recovered the sign during a drugs raid in Loughborough last week. Officers tweeted a photograph of one of its officers with the sign.
