A teenager from Leicester has been charged with murder following the death of a 16-year-old.Pravdit Sian, 18, from Litelmede, Leicester, has been remanded in police custody and is due to appear at Leicester Magistrates' Court this morning.The charge relates to an incident that took place in Freeman Road North at around 7.50pm on Tuesday 24 November.Two men aged 35 and 34, have been bailed pending further enquiries.
