A persistent drug dealer caught with cocaine has been jailed for five years and seven months.
Jason Bott (33) was stopped in a BMW car on Leicester Road, Blaby, at just after midnight on August 13 last year, because his vehicle was not displaying any lights.
Neil Bannister, prosecuting, told Leicester Crown Court: "The police were aware he had previous drug convictions and asked him if he had any drugs."
