A man is to appear in court tomorrow charged with stabbing a man in the street last week.
Mukhtar Abdillahi, (20), of Uppingham Road, Leicester, has been charged with Section 18 Grievous Bodily Harm following the incident in Layton Road, Leicester.
Leicestershire police announced the charge this evening and said he is due to appear at Leicester Magistrates' Court tomorrow morning.
