A school has issued a safety alert after a pupil reported a van driver behaving suspiciously.
The pupil at Oadby's Gartree spotted the man in the stationary white van in Brabazon Road on at 3.20pm yesterday.
He saw the man was holding a mobile phone and believed he was pointing it at him to film or photograph him.
The school has sent an email to parents to remind their children they must not speak to strangers.
