A 33-year-old man left fighting for his life after being stabbed in a city street remains in a critical condition in hospital.
The man was found injured in Layton Road, off Uppingham Road, Leicester, at 8.30pm on Friday.
Officers believe an hour earlier a group of men may have been involved in an argument in the branch of William Hill in Uppingham Road.
The fracas continued outside and the group moved to Layton Road, where the victim was stabbed in the back.
