A man who is serving a life sentence for murdering a former police officer will launch his latest appeal to have his conviction overturned this week.
Ameen Jogee was convicted of murdering Paul Fyfe in 2012 even though a second man delivered the blow with a knife which killed Mr Fyfe, a 47-year-old veteran of the first Gulf War.
