A prisoner who attacked and bit off part of a fellow inmate's ear has been jailed for four years.Stephen Blowes pleaded guilty to wounding with intent, at HMP Stocken, Stretton, near Oakham, where he was already serving four years for a violent attack.The sentence will run consecutively to his current term, and an extended five year licence period was also imposed.Andrew Howarth, prosecuting, said Blowes attacked the 30-year-old inmate during a row about tobacco, in K-wing, on April 23 last...
