Two men have appeared in court following an incident at a city tower block on Friday.Lukasz Nowacki, 33, of Filbert Street, and Blazej Filip, 32, of Winchester Avenue, both in Leicester, were charged with burglary with violence at Leicester Magistrates' Court where they were remanded into custody.The charges relate to a burglary at a flat in The Horizon tower block, in Navigation Street, Leicester, on Friday.
