A man was arrested for being drunk and disorderly this morning after he was reportedly claiming to be an ISIS fighter and was threatening to harm people.The man was detained shortly after 8am in Rutland Street, in Leicester city centre.A Leicestershire Police spokeswoman said this afternoon that officers were waiting for the man to dry-out before interviewing him.The force spokeswoman said the man was behaving aggressively and had been detained because he was drunk and disorderly.People who said...
