A man is believed to have been stabbed during what has been described as a "gang fight" in Narborough Road yesterday evening.
Witnesses said two groups of between 10 and 20 men clashed near the railway bridge over the major thoroughfare shortly after 6.30pm.
Several people said a man aged in his 20s was stabbed in the chest. However, that has not been confirmed by official sources.
