A witness to a shooting outside a Leicester nightclub has told a jury that a gun was pushed into his face before a scuffle in which his friend was shot.
Ricky Baxter described to Leicester Crown Court how Theodore Paget pushed a handgun into his face – which the jury was told the defendant accepted doing.
