Police have arrested 46 drivers under the influence of alcohol or drugs so far this month.Figures released by the Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland Road Safety Partnership show 44 people have been arrested for drinking and driving while two have tested positive for illegal drugs since police launched their annual summer campaign at the beginning of the month.The total, two thirds of the way through the four week operation, is 17 more than by the same point in June last year.The campaign was...
