Two people have appeared in court today charged in connection with the death of Charlie Dunn – the five-year-old boy who drowned at a Leicestershire water park last year.
Lynsey Dunn, 28 and Paul Smith, 36, both of Caledonian, Glascote Heath, Tamworth, have been charged with manslaughter by gross negligence in connection with Charlie's death at the Bosworth Water Park last July, Leicestershire Police confirmed today.
