A man has been arrested on suspicion of growing cannabis inside a block of flats which was severely damaged by fire earlier today.The man, aged 40, was arrested as firefighters were tackling the blaze in a three-storey block in Grassington Close, Beaumont Leys.The cause of the blaze, which caused severe damage to two neighbouring flats and left others logged with smoke, remains under investigation tonight.However, the Mercury understands a number of cannabis plants were found growing in one of...
