A Leicester businessman who killed a father-of-two with a broken bottle after a private Jessie J gig was not the victim of a miscarriage of justice, top judges have said.
Their ruling dashed Ashley David Charles's hopes of overturning his conviction for murdering Preston man Philip Sherriff.
