A man has been airlifted to hospital after he was found injured in the middle of a major city road.The man was found in the city-bound carriageway of Southgates at 12.18pm.Police were called to the scene, near the Magazine, after motorists said the man was lying in the road.He was taken by air ambulance to Nottingham's Queen's Medical Centre.The incident necessitated a number of road closures, which have just been lifted,The man's condition and the nature of his injuries have not been released.A...
