A group of up to 60 young men and a handful of women brought chaos to a neighbourhood as they shouted and swore in the street.
A woman who witnessed the scene, in Thurnby Lodge on Friday night, said it sounded like a "riot" was taking place.
She said the incident happened in the area around the Stirrup Cup pub, in Thurncourt Road and Nursery Road, at around 11pm.
