A 29-year-old man has been charged with attempted murder after an incident at a car wash in The Coneries, Loughborough.Shamal Osmani, of Lymehurst Avenue, Loughborough, has also been charged with making threats with a bladed article in a public place. He appeared at Leicester Magistrates' Court this morning.
