Armed police have carried out a raid on a flat in the Midlands thought to be linked to yesterday's terrorist attack in London.
Eye-witnesses reported seeing officers storm a flat in Birmingham late last night, with West Midlands Police directing inquiries about the operation to the Metropolitan Police.
Police raided a second-floor flat above a row of shops in Hagley Road at about 11pm on Wednesday.
A resident told the Press Association: "They came and arrested three men."
