A man arrested in Leicester by detectives investigating allegations of historic sexual and physical abuse of children has been released on police bail.The 59-year-old man, whose details have not been released, was questioned by officers attached to an ongoing Leicestershire Police investigation called Operation Medway.The man was questioned about an allegation that he physically assaulted a child in a care home in Leicester over a period of several months in 1984.
