A man accused of pouring acid over a love rival has told a jury he was framed.
Mark Cummings has admitted buying sulphuric acid and even unscrewing the bottle on the night it was poured over the face and body of 31-year-old Daniel Rotariu.
But Cummings, giving evidence at Leicester Crown Court today, said his girlfriend and co-accused Katie Leong, who was also sleeping with Mr Rotariu, was the one who had poured the acid.
