A man left blinded and disfigured when sulphuric acid was poured over him as he slept in bed is due to give evidence at Leicester Crown Court today.
Daniel Rotariu (31) was allegedly attacked by Katie Leong using 96 per-cent pure acid, after they fell out at the multi-occupancy home they shared in Turner Road, off Uppingham Road, Leicester, in the early hours of July 27 last year.
