Police have urged shops in the city to review their security after 61 break-ins since the beginning of the year.The burglaries have happened chiefly at independent and charity shops, in the city centre, London Road and Clarendon Park areas.The figure is more than double the average rate, Leicestershire Police said.The break-ins are happening at night or in the early hours and in most cases intruders have broken in through rear doors or windows.A smaller number of the cases have involved burglars...
