Four thugs threatened a taxi driver with a knife and a hammer before stealing his takings.The driver was targeted in Ashby, in the early hours of Saturday.Leicestershire Police said the victim was attacked at 2am while he was waiting to pick up a customer in Mendip Close.Initially, two men got into the car and threatened him with a knife.Two more men arrived, one of whom threatened the driver with a hammer.The victim handed over a quantity of cash and all four men ran off.Read more: Shameless...
