A man who was arrested after a sword was recovered during a police operation has been charged with threats to kill, affray, possession of an offensive weapon, and criminal damage.Michael Roughton, 46, of Collett Road, in Beaumont Leys, was charged following an incident on Thursday night in Collett Road, Beaumont Leys, Leicestershire.
