A man has been charged in connection with a distraction burglary.Peter Harty (39), of Sansom Road, New Parks, Leicester, has been charged with burglary.He appeared at Leicester Magistrates' Court today, and has been remanded to appear before Leicester Crown Court on January 5.The charge relates to a distraction burglary at the home of an elderly woman in Aikman Avenue, New Parks, Leicester, on October 29, where a purse containing cash was stolen.
