A student who pulled out a stun gun disguised as a lipstick in a Leicester nightclub has had his five-year sentence slashed on appeal.James Hebden was arrested in April last year after the manager of The Republic club said he saw a stun gun being fired following a row involving Hebden.Mr Justice Globe said: "The manager believed he saw a flash of light and heard a crackle consistent with the sound of a stun gun."The weapon was then discovered inside Hebden's bag by security staff,...
