Two people have been taken to hospital after they were involved in a collision with a vehicle in
Leicester city centre this evening.
The two people were injured in Humberstone Gate, near the Sainsburys supermarket.
Leicestershire Police has closed the road between Charles Street and the St George's Island.
Police said two people were taken to hospital following the collision, which happened at 5pm.
