Senior judges have refused to overturn the 'joint enterprise' murder convictions of 13 men in appeals brought in the wake of a landmark legal ruling on a Leicester case.
Three judges at London's Court of Appeal today said the men's convictions, which relate to six unconnected gang killings, were safe.
The appeals were brought after the Supreme Court quashed Leicester man Ameen Jogee's conviction for murder earlier this year.
