Two businessmen who invented up to 300 "ghost students" to defraud the government out of £168,000 have been jailed.Frederick Wilson and Philip Hyams forced their staff at Focus Four Ltd offices in Lutterworth, Blaby, Market Harborough and Rugby to take online tests pretending to be students that Wilson and Hyams had made up.They were sentenced to 21 months imprisonment each at Leicester Crown Court today where Recorder Michael Stephens told them that the way the staff had been...
