A 59-year-old Leicester man has been charged with attempted arson after a bag was left on a pavement in Kirby Muxloe.Michael Brooks of Chester Road, Blaby, has been bailed to appear at Leicester Magistrates' Court on Monday November 14.The charge relates to a bag containing an ignitable device left in Castle Road on Tuesday August 11 2015.
