A man who threw a nine-week-old puppy from the window of his third-floor flat has been jailed for 14 weeks.Wayne Keightley was found badly hurt outside the flat in Rutland Street, Melton, in the early hours of January 20.The 42 year old told police he had jumped out of the window because he was being attacked by a masked gang armed with samurai swords but officers went to his flat and found it was locked and concluded he was probably high on drugs.Over the following days the RSPCA learned...
