Two thieves tricked their way into an elderly woman's home and stole cash, jewellery and bank cards.
The women, who are thought to be eastern Europeans, targeted the woman in her home in Groby Road, Groby at 9am on Sunday, knocking on her door and claiming to know someone in the house.
Once inside, one asked to use the toilet and stole the valuables while her accomplice distracted the woman.
