Two families who lost loved ones to killer drivers have welcomed a review of the current sentencing policy which has left them and other victims' relatives feeling they have been denied justice.
The parents of Samuel Garner, 17, and 31-year-old Paul "Larry" Flanagan hope the Government review will result in judges being granted greater powers to punish motorists who kill or maim.
