A teenage drug dealer was almost three times the drink drive limit when he spectacularly
crashed his Audi into Leicester's Grand Union Canal.
Randall Henry Malloy (19) had earlier been peddling cocaine from the vehicle in Braunstone Gate, Leicester Crown Court heard.
